Michael and his crew were excellent and everything you hope for with a moving company: efficient, kind, professional, and easy to work with. You always assume a few dents/scratches with any move, but MBP far exceeded my expectations. Michael noticed one small scratch in our headboard and was forthright about it, but it wasn't even their fault as it was already there. They moved us out of one house and into another without a single issue. Moving By Professionals will get my call any time I need to move and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone that asks.

We did play tag over messages a bit, but overall they were very responsive and communicative. Work occurred exactly as discussed. No complaints whatsoever.

Very professional, polite, quick. 3 men were very punctual. Every large piece of furniture was properly wrapped for safety. All had great personalities. There never was a time any of them just stood around. I have already recommended them.

Fantastic! I've used Michael and his crew before and I am always referring them to my friends or coworkers. You can tell Michael enjoys what he does and that says alot about this type of work as most folks don't enjoy moving as a professional and don't show a lot of professionalism. You feel frustrated and that you are getting ripped up, but not with Michael! He doesn't throw things in the truck, he arranges things carefully so your stuff doesn't get damaged. Not mention the man does quick work! I can go on and on about how easy and stress free it is to have Michael help me move but I think you should see for yourself!

The movers did an incredible job they were extremely careful with all valuables and handles everything quickly but with care! Highly reccomend using them for your move!

First, he was was very good about communicating with us their process, answering any questions we had, and they were extremely efficient. The other thing I very much appreciated was the great attitudes and their confidence they could move and protect all my parents furniture as some of it is extremely heavy and oversized. Considering we have had some not so great experiences in the past, working with this team was refreshing and I will definitely be using them again should I need help in the future!
