This company is irresponsible and the owner takes zero ownership when his employees make a mistake. My first clean a year ago they did not properly write down the instructions for my alarm system and left my house unarmed while I was out of town on business. I forgave them for this offense and we moved on. 
Cleaning throughout the year was surface level at best but I am very busy and travel often for work so I never cancelled service. 
About two months ago I came home after a clean and could not find a $1050 Chloe tote of mine that had my iPad and a few other items in it. I looked everywhere in my home and it simply wasn't there. I called Molly Maids feeling very confused and it was reported back to me that the housekeepers put the tote in a "bin" in my closet. The "bin" they were referring to was my dirty laundry hamper. The tote was under a pile of dirty clothes in the hamper. Although I did not understand how this could happen, I again forgave them for this and moved on.
Two weeks ago I was laying in bed after a clean and noticed something was off with a small wooden statue on a bookcase. Something of little value but of significant importance to me as I brought it home with me from the villiage in Africa I lived in one summer while on a HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness trip. The statue had been broken in half and rubber banded back together... Put on a high shelf so that I would not find it. 
This obviously I found completely unforgivable. Things break. It is a fact of life and absolutely forgivable. But dishonesty?
The worst part is that when I called and spoke with the owner about the situation he created an elaborate tale to try to cover it up. Defending the dishonest behavior of his staff members. I am horribly disappointed with my experience with Molly Maids and would strongly deter anyone from using them. Shame on me for giving them so many chances. 

They did a good job. I do not remember how much I paid for their services when they came out.

This was a post repair cleaning, hence the time  allocated to clean the house completely, was insufficient hence we were left with only a partially cleaned, still  a dirty home for the Christmas Holidays during which we expected out of town house-guests. What a disaster!
Too few employees and / or time was allocated to this assignment.

When I called to cancel, the management seemed totally indifferent to an unhappy customer.

They were thorough, they were fast, and I'm in a wheelchair.  I don't need anyone around too long and they're not cheap.  

They did arrive on time, but they left many things undone, which were suppose to be included as part of their service. They did not clean the ceiling fans, missed noticeable cobwebs, did not do the blinds in several rooms, and did not dust around the banister coming into the house. They did come back out and clean the things they missed at no charge, but I think I will go elsewhere next time.

There were 2 women that worked on the house and they did a remarkable job. On the 2nd day, I saw the same woman cleaning the stove again. I told her that she had cleaned the stove yesterday and she said it was not clean enough. The stove looked brand new after she was done. All the appliances looked great and the whole house looked and smell wonderful.

USUALLY THIS COMPANY IS ON TIME, THOUGH NOT ALWAYS. THE PEOPLE WHO COME VARY, WHEREAS I LIKE TO SEE CONSISTENT PERSONNEL. SOME OF THE WORKERS DON'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, WHICH CAN POSE A PROBLEM.

PRICES WERE HIGH, CAUSED DAMAGE TO ORNAMENTS AND BASEBOARDS (THEY DID ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THOUGH). GENERALLY NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK.

CAME TO MY RESCUE. LAST MINUTE THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME. DID A FABULOUS, THOROUGH JOB. ON TIME AND FRIENDLY. BROUGHT ALL OF THERE OWN SUPPLIES. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. HAVE TRIED OTHER SERVICES AND THERE WAS JUST NOT THE SAME CONSISTENCY; SOMETIMES YOU WOULD GET A GOOD CREW AND SOMETIMES NOT. THESE PEOPLE WERE GREAT.
