Also, we had to pay $30/month and we only had our home sprayed every other month. So, it was basically $60 a visit.
"Member I'm so sorry you had a poor experience with us! I hope you take the time to read my response I want you to know I take full responsibility for the technician that was acting unprofessionally. For a short time we worked with an outside sales company. It brought in a lot of business. Too much in fact. As a small business owner I was not prepared to handle that kind of growth and for a short time I hired a technician to help fill in on a few jobs that my family and I could not keep up with. You're one of the customers that happened to have that technician. While I always prided myself for not judging people on how they looked. In retrospect it was a terrible choice to pick someone who had body art and jewelry to represent my business. I want you to know that I promptly fired him after I received the original complaint over the phone. I learn from every lesson and I had never hired an outside person in the entire time I've run my business. I learned a lot from that and now I only work with my family and close friends as I've done from day 1. I've worked very hard on my business and you can ask any of the customers who have been with me for nearly a decade that we are the most respectful and professional family business you'll find. I can assure you that our treatment process and materials are the best on the market and any issues that you encountered were due to either 1) not enough time for materials to work after first treatment 2) possible improper application by temporary technician Since that experience I've learned a lot and made a conscious choice to go back to doing what I do best and that's providing excellent treatment for our customers. That means I stopped working with that outside sales company. I only have my family and friends, which I know intimately working with me. I cut my business in half and just serve the customers that I know I can provide the best service to 100% of the time.
