SET UP APPOINTMENT, WAS ON TIME, TECHNICIAN VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HAD PART ON HIS TRUCK, VERY NEAT & CLEAN IN THE INSTALLATION. WAS VERY PROMPT AT RETURNING CALL FOR SERVICE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE BRAND OF AIR CONDITIONER THAT WE HAD.

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS. WE WERE QUOTED 3 TO 4 HOURS OF LABOR TO DO THE JOB. THE WORKER WAS ONLY ONSITE FOR THE 3 HOURS, BUT WE WERE BILLED FOR 5 HOURS OF WORK. THEY CHARGE YOU TRAVEL TIME TO RETURN A WARRANTY PART THAT WE WERE NOT ORIGINALLY TOLD WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

"THIS JOB WAS DONE FOR A FRIEND OF 15 YEARS. WE AGREED TO TIME AND MATERIAL. APPARENTLY I WAS SUPPOSE TO EAT MY TECHNICIANS TIME TO DO THE PAPER WORK AND RETURN THE BAD COMPRESSOR, WHICH WAS UNDER WARRANTY. THE NORMAL COST FOR THIS JOB WOULD HAVE BEEN DOUBLE OF WHAT SHE WAS CHARGED. I GUESS SOME PEOPLE JUST AREN''T HAPPY WITH A FAIR AND HONEST DEAL."
