KNIVES CAN BE SHARPENED WHILE YOU SHOP AT THE MALL. IN OUR CASE, WE NEEDED TO LEAVE THE KNIVES AND PICK THEM UP LATER. THEY WERE PROMPT TO CALL WHEN THE KNIVES WERE READY, AND THEY WERE AS GOOD AS NEW.
