"Hello [Member Name Removed], I appreciate you taking the time to write a review of our practice, however I cannot find any record of you ever visiting us. Is it possible you meant to review a different vet clinic? If not, I would love to talk to you to help resolve your concerns. Please feel free to contact me at 480-820-2822 and ask for Caroline."
They are very easy to deal with. They are confident and professional. We trust them.
They may be a little expensive. They get a little expensive but we are going to continue using them.
"Thank you very much for the great review. We appreciate your trust in us to care for your furry loved ones."
Staff walked me to the car after picking up the medication as I have a physical disability and am often not steady on my feet. Not a and quot;serviceand quot; I requested, by the way, but definitely one that was appreciated. They do this every time I go in to the office - always so very helpful.
"Thank you [member name removed] for always being so kind and trusting us with Mr. George, he always puts a smile on our face!"
Staff always pleased to see my dog as is Dr. Wight; and he loves to go there, His tail begins to wag as we get closer to their office or when I tell him that's where we're going!
Always gets lots of loving from staff and Dr. Wight. Never feel rushed.
Love this place and feel very secure taking my dog here.
"Thank you for your kind words. We are happy that we were able to take care of your pet's needs and in a timely manner. Thank you for your trust with your pet!"
