I've had positive experiences with them. We carry their basic plan (C plan) and it suits our needs. I'm sure there are situations where the other plans would add more beneficial for others. For most folks it seem the C plan would be sufficient. It seems reasonable that each individual in a house hold that has credit should pay individually for coverage.
