LEI Home Enhancements - Avoid This Company at All Costs! I’m sharing my experience to warn others about LEI Home Enhancements and their unprofessional practices. I hired this company to install Alside windows, and the entire process has been a nightmare—poor product quality, incorrect measurements, and a botched installation. Despite my efforts to get these issues resolved, I’ve been met with excuses, delays, and zero accountability. To make matters worse, the franchise location that handled my installation has since gone out of business, leaving me to deal with their headquarters directly. After involving the Registrar of Contractors (ROC) to assist in resolving the matter, the headquarters claimed they had no recollection of ever speaking with me or handling my project—a blatant attempt to dodge responsibility. Furthermore, it appears they subcontracted the installation, likely with unlicensed personnel, because there were no records of a contractor's number, nor could their company provide me with this information when I inquired about it. This raises serious concerns about their hiring practices and the legality of their operations. If you’re considering this company, don’t do it. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astounding. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable company that stands behind its work!

Our install of Alside windows by LEI Home Enhancements was just finished. This has been an awesome experience from the beginning. Our sales rep Dustin did a great presentation and showed us all of the qualities that the Alside windows included, he took his time and answered all of our questions. Dustin was able to get us an affordable payment option that worked with our budget. We got all our homes windows replaced and our sliding glass door. The LEI office kept us informed about when our windows would be ready and scheduled the install team. The install team was amazing; they did not rush through the installation. They were careful with our furniture and patient with us. When they were done for the day plans were made for someone to come back on the weekend and finish the touch up paint. The team foreman Alex sat down with us before they left and asked if we saw any issues or needed anything further from him. Our sales rep Dustin came back out a few days after the install to see the great work and take some pictures. Our home is cooler and all of the issues we had with our old windows have been eliminated. Huge thank you to Dustin, Alex, his team, and all of the office personnel that took care of us and made this experience painless.

It was amazing from start to finish! We actually got the windows installed earlier than expected! Everyone was so professional too. The window installers even helped me put my blinds back up because my husband wasn't going to be able to until the weekend. And you can't beat having triple pane tinted windows in az!
