They could have showed up on time. Their price was not quite competitive to the traditional one. The first time cost more than their competitors.

I was moving in with a friend while my home was being completed.  I asked the provider if keeping the rugs in the original plastic that they provide after cleaning would be harmful because I planned on storing them this way until moving.   That is exactly what happened.  Last week, after approximately 6 months of storage in plastic, the package was opened and the rug runner was damaged in several places where it had been pulled apart at the bound edges.  This was a relatively new rug.  An online chat to the company, Kiwi Services, led me to a supervisor who stuck with their policy of 30day guarantee and no extenuating circumstances.  The customer service rep called me back and offered me $80 off of any future service with the company, but that does not begin to cover the cost of the rug and I am not comfortable in doing business with this company in the future.
