 + -1 moreI had an excellent experience. (Note: The address is 2651 W. Baseline Rd., Mesa, AZ 85202. 480-394-0341) The vacuum needed a good cleaning. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and it was repaired by Monday afternoon -- a day earlier than expected. Terry was the sales and service person. This is a two-person shop, very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the quality and speed of the service, and will go back again to have the vacuum looked at annually. The vacuum needed a new belt, had lots of long hair removed from the brush roller, had a free new bag installed (and I bought additional bags). Note: If you are interested in antique vacuums, they have several on display in the store. (See movie: The Brave Little Toaster.)! I will use this shop again. Very happy with their work and service with a smile.
