JASPER'S CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. MOST OF THE OPERATORS WHO HAVE COME SINCE THEN HAVE BEEN UNFAILINGLY EFFICIENT AND POLITE, AND HAVE DONE A GOOD, SOLID JOB. TWICE WE HAVE HAD AN OPERATOR COME, AND THE MACHINERY HAS BROKEN DOWN. THEY MANAGED TO GET SUBSTITUTE VANS, AND WERE APOLOGETIC ABOUT ANY DELAYS. THE CLEANING WAS GOOD, BUT STAIN REMOVAL DIDN'T WORK AS WELL.

RECCOMENDED TO ME BY A FRIEND. THEY DO NOT CHARGE FOR AREAS THAT ARE TILED. CHARGE BY ROOM. VERY REASONABLE WITHOUT HIDDEN COSTS. WE HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES - ALWAYS A GREAT JOB

THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. I HAVE A LARGE DOG WHO HAD AN ACCIDENT ON MY CARPET CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND TOOK CARE OF IT FOR ME.

THEY DID ARRIVE AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME, BUT I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. I FELT AS THOUGH THE JOB WAS HURRIED THROUGH IN ORDER TO GET TO THEIR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
