Description of Work: Demolished carport and back patio, and built garage, master bedroom, great room, and renovated kitchen.

Description of Work: complete remodel of the master bath ( new floor tiles, took out bathtub and put in walk in shower,vanity,sinks all hardware lighting, painting. converted door to pocketdoor on water closet,2 new toilets, repaired ceremic tiles in entry way and put stone facing over kitchen island, backsplash and fireplace.

Description of Work: Complete teardown and rebuilding a 8 X 24-foot balcony which was collapsing because of failure of the main support beam which had rotted and deteriorated from rainwater leaking into the structure. Also, complete teardown and replacement of a 16 X 24-foot deck with railings. The rebuilding of the balcony was keyed around the use of a 5 1/8 X 12 x 24 foot glumlam beam as the primary support beam for the balcony. A second identical glulam beam was used in the supporting structure for the deck. The balcony was rebuilt using superior materials and techniques. Where, originally OSB had been used on the balcony, tongue and groove plywood was used by Bakosh. Considerable detail was paid to the flashing and guaranteeing watertight integrity of the balcony as leaking into the walls had been a problem in the past. The top of the balcony was rebuilt with a polycoat walk deck incorporating rubber granules into the polycoat. Where the bottom of the balcony had been wallboard, this time, it was done in multicoat stucco which was the outer surface for the entire balcony. There were also 2 fiberglass doors installed as part of this job. One accessing the balcony and one below the balcony. The outer casings of the doors were stuccoed in. The deck was completly rebuilt using Trex Transcend boards and the Trex Transcend railing system. The previously mentioned glulam beam was the primary support for the rafters which were on 16-inch centers as recommended by Trex. The complete surface under the deck was carefully prepared and a layer of gravel was put down to enhance drainage without erosion of the soil. The Trex deck was installed using the Trex "hidden fastener" system and the railings were installed using the Trex methodology.
