Very well, actually! I was a little leery of ordering flooring via the internet - but the price was so attractive I couldn't resist... and I was comforted to discover that they had a show room in Tempe, and that I could work with real live people there. I made the purchase via phone & e-mail, and had the product shipped right to my door. Delivery was on time, and the product was exactly as advertised. I was very pleased!

They have great prices and their shipping charges are even reasonable. We had some boxes damaged upon delivery and they quickly replaced them without even a question. I was very pleased with their courteous customer service.
