I Clean Carpets LLC is a Owner Operated Company that has over 14 Years Experience. I personally do all jobs myself so that the CUSTOMER will always get top quality cleaning. I use a powerful truck-mount steam clean unit. No Bait N Switch Prices. Always upfront, honest, competitive pricing. Preconditioner/Pretreat included with every service (which 90% of all companies UPSELL as soon as they get to your house). I'm a member of the Better Business Bureau "A" rated and give high quality cleanings every time to my customers and look forward to doing business with you soon. There was a problem with the guy showing up to clean that carpets at the time agreed upon. Owner came that night to clean the carpets and gave me a discount. He did an excellent job.

I have used Rob for the past 5 years to clean my carpets. Today I woke up to my dog diarrhea all over my carpets. What a nightmare. I called Rob in a panic knowing I needed someone to clean them today before they were permanent and smelled up my house. Like always he responded right away and came over and saved the day and my carpets. Everytime I call Rob he does an amazing job. Its the little things like putting corner guards on the walls to keep from his hose from scraping the walls and lots of other attention to detail. His pricing is great and he's extremely professional. I would highly recommend him to all my friends.

To say that Rob is neat, punctual, organized and professional would be an understatement. He brings bumper guards to protect your walls and furniture. He explains everything he is going to do in detail. He is capable of pulling pet odors and stains out of your carpet and also your padding. I don't know of any other company who does this. He is a one man operation from booking your appointment, doing amazing work and follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied! A diamond in the rough.

It turned out really well. He is amazingly good. He explained everything to me and the cost upfront. I was super pleased. I am having them back to do more work for me. The amount of work that they did was a great bargain. He also used a special cleaning tool for pet stains that gets down to the padding as well. He has a truck mounted cleaning system.

Rob,owner of and quot;I Clean Carpets and quot; is a true perfectionist of his craft. He has a great attitude and works tirelessly until he is satisfied with the process. My elderly Mother and older sister had two dogs; one of which preferred the carpets as her weewee-pad. They lived in the house for 7 years and after they left I was left with the task of cleaning it up and selling it. The only carpet that the one dog did not soil was the carpet in the master closet. Otherwise, she soiled the living room, dining room, family room, master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms. The smell of urine was imbedded in the carpets and pads. In comes Rob. He did an amazing job cleaning 7 years of dirt and usage along with 5 years of dogs!!!! He also steam-cleaned the tile floors; the carpets actually look new and the smell was gone. They had used other carpet cleaners but they were never able to get the residual smell out. Robert was able to. He was there for and frac12; a day and got the job done. I highly recommend Robert and his service. You will not be disappointed.

I called for an estimate for cleaning carpet in 1 room and some tile. He said over the phone it would be $100. He was an hour and a half late and he then said right before the job that it would be around $300 and I thought that was way over. We ended up settling at $250. This was all for 1 bedroom and some tile in the hallway and the kitchen. They were ready to leave and I stopped them and told them they weren't done with the tile and he said oh ok. There are still some pieces of carpet padding in the grout of the tile.

"Thank You for Your Business. Thanks for submitting a review on my company. I'm sorry for Your experience with my Company. However, I don't agree that my Company deserves a D Review, and here's why. When You called for an estimate I did tell You it would be $100 for steam cleaning of 1 master bedroom carpet, and tile cleaning of a small kitchen. I ask every customer when they call my company, do You have any pet stains or pet odors that You need to get removed, as this is the only thing that I charge additional for, and Your response was no. When I arrived at Your residence, the bedroom was covered in pet stains. The kitchen tile turned into a kitchen, dining room, entry way, living room, and hallways (2). My Company does not Upsell, or push aggressive sales on Customers because I perform every job, and I don't do that at all. Before we did any work, I submitted an estimate of 300 and You said it's a little much for my budget and I gave You $50 off because I have a good heart, and treat my customers right. As for being late, I give all Customers a 2 hour window for arrival. Yours was 9-11 and we arrived at 1030. If we arrived at 12:30 that would of been considered late. I have an A rating with the BBB and I perform 1500 jobs a year with no complaints. We moved everything for you wall to wall, so You could get the most thorough cleaning, and You were happy when we left. 2 days later I did a follow up call to see if Your happy with the results, and You were happy and said yes everything looks great. I have a great reputation, and great track record, and have been in this field for 16 years. I personally Guarantee all services performed. I don't know what changed Your mind about the job. If You weren't happy I would of come back and redo the job for FREE. I've called You 2x's to try to work out what went wrong but I haven't gotten a response. I'm sorry again about how You feel, and I hope One day soon You will call me and we can work it out. Rob was very professional, on time, and respectful. He went above and beyond by cleaning areas at no charge. Our dog had soiled 4 areas in a small hallway, and Rob was able to completely remove the stains and odor. He worked extremely hard and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend this company!
