Eric was prompt and efficient, explaining the details of the job and what he was going to do. The job was finished quickly. Although the job was done satisfactorily, I wanted to say how impressed I was with Home Team Manager - Stacy. After running into a slight problem, I called and spoke to Stacy about a resolution. She was very professional, quick to respond and provided an immediate solution to the problem that not only satisfied me, but impressed me. It is very refreshing to know that there are people still out there that still run their companies with responsibility and integrity. Stacy is one of those.  I will definitely continue to use Home Team in the future because of her.

When we purchased our new home the builder recommended Home Team Pest Defense as they were a good company that could service the internal treatment method (Taexx) that was installed in our new home.  I contacted the company and the representative came to my home to discuss what their services provided for and the cost for quarterly service.  I set up an automatic bill payment.  The cost for quarterly service which included the Taexx system and external yard service of $68.00  I found this to be very reasonable.  They always call me to let me know when they will be out to the house and ask if there are any special areas of concern I may have.  They are prompt, courteous and professional.  If something comes up in between services I can call and they will come out to treat and I don't pay anything extra for this.  I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

With J&S Pretreat, I could schedule our every-other-month treatments for the whole year.  When Home Team Pest Defense stepped in, scheduling was at THEIR convenience.  In fact, their technician showed up pretty much whenever he d*** well felt like it and I do not appreciate being awakened without notice early in the morning or caught off guard in my PJs!!!   I complained several times to the office/scheduling folks and management -- made no difference.  This went on for about 8 months (4 visits) and I finally had enough and canceled future business with Home Team Pest Defense.

Was on time and knew what he was doing. Cost was comparable to other providers. Set up a years work of appointments. Answered any questions we had about scorpions since we are new to the area and were not used to them. Very professional and wiped shoes off before coming into the house. Would recommend them to others.

They are great. Even if there is an issue between visits, they will come out at no additional charge. Their customer service is awesome. I'm out of state and they will always call me the first week of the month they are scheduled to come to make sure I know what day they will be there.

We've had no complaints or issues with this company. They also come out for a specific problem if you had one. They came out for a fire ant problem as soon as they could when we called them.

They always do a good job. When I moved into my home I had a scorpion problem and they took care of it. They always send me an email or call me to confirm the appointment. They allow me to pick the day and time. The people that show up are always professional, friendly and courteous.
