+ -1 moreHe sold us on his services, very personable. But, the final days before close he did not return calls...at close, which his broker did, we found fees much higher than quoted. It was overall something I never want to have to do again!
Description of Work: He gave us a good sales presentation at first, and got our business to finance a condo. After we had signed the loan docs, he was very hard to find, did not lock in on the better rates of the time, did not return calls or emails...we ended up firing him and going to close on our sale 10 days delayed with his brokers assistance (thanks Steve). The fees he quoted us did not stay set on the closing costs, so Steve had to fix them for us the best he could. Overall, do not go with Scott M Monroe at anytime for mortgage services- you will not get service, just a head ache.
