HOMCO ACE HARDWARE TEMPE/TEMPE ACE HARDWARE

i had interaction with about 4 employees. everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. the store was very clean and well organized. i was very favorably impressed and i would absolutely use them again

I've had a lot of home repairs to do. This Ace Hardware store is small compared to other Ace Hardware stores, or places like Home Depot, but they are extraordinary when it comes to answering questions & giving suggestions as to easier ways to tackle a problem. I'm in often enough that staff members recognize me & I have yet to stump them on how to solve a problem I've encountered. Besides having recommendations for products in the store, if he does not carry a product (or does not carry it in an economical size for the amount of work we need to do), he recommends where we can find it at a good price. Usually prices are a little higher & return policies are a bit more strict than at places like Home Depot, but I often save a lot of time here since staff are quick to approach & give knowledgeable assistance.
