OUR AC STARTED TO LEAK SO I CALLED HIGH QUALITY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE AND SENT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY. WHEN JEFF ARRIVED HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME FLAT. WE HAD THE SYSTEM SERVICED AS WELL. LATER ON DURING THE WEEK I HAD OTHER QUESTIONS AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE.
