Heidi's Events and Catering Venue was definitely the ideal place for our wedding ceremony and reception. The ambiance was very romantic and beautiful, and the facility fit our needs perfectly. The ceremony was magical, and I couldn’t have pulled this wedding off during COVID without Jillian Zeeb, Tonya Schmit, Adam Ziminsky, Shelbie Hess and the rest of the dedicated staff members. Jillian was awesome to work with going above and beyond ensuring all of our dreams were realized while coming up with awesome suggestions (that also helped with our budget). Her attention to detail was something that would inspire military generals! Jillian also took it upon herself to arrange our flowers and decorations just the way I envisioned. The food presentation was exquisite, thanks to Adam! The comments we received from our guests was that they felt as if they just dinned at a 5-Star restaurant and a wedding happened to break out! The staff servers were attentive to all the guests needs with the service being top notch. I strongly recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to cater your next event or wedding!

We used Heidi's Events for our daughter's wedding at home on 12/29/17. We have used Heidi's in the past for other events and knew we would be getting top notch service. I can fully recommend HEC for almost any event. Heidi is an absolute pro and will help to structure your catering to be exactly as you dreamed it would be. Here is a snippet from the "thank you email" that I wrote to Heidi after our event: Sorry for the late note, but as you can imagine the days surrounding Janel and Isam's wedding have gone by in a flurry. I didn't want to miss the opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the awesome job that Heidi's Events did for our celebration. Of course, I knew your crew would be great since we have used you in the past, but this was over the top! Your servers are extremely pleasant while being completely unobtrusive. They came in, got to work immediately and I didn't even know they were there. They anticipated the needs of my guests all throughout the evening. Pablo (lead bartender) was super friendly and guests loved him. I am sorry, I did not really meet the catering manager since I had a wedding coordinator working, but she certainly made things run smoothly. My guests are still talking about the food. And you know I am choosy about the food. Personally I loved the bacon wrapped dates. The short ribs were decadently delicious - loved them! All was presented beautifully. And - you were right...the late night snacks of chicken and waffles, pigs in a blanket and quesadillas were a HUGE hit. Thank you once again for making me look good! I am sure I will see you again. Just call Heidi - you will NOT be disappointed! (I gave a B for price because they are not cheap. BUT - you get what you pay for!)

Exceptional. The staff, the food, the presentation were all perfect. I've used Heidi's Events and Catering for a few large corporate catering events this year and everything has been exceptional. The food, the flavor, the presentation and the staff that stays on site to help replenish the trays, provide clean up and ensure great service. Last week we held an event for 130 physician leaders. We received tons of compliments regarding the food, flavor and presentation for both breakfast and lunch. The lunch salmon salad was a big hit and the first thing to go. The custom cakes were beautiful and tasted wonderful. And, most importantly, the 2 gentlemen sent to staff the event were so very pleasant and helpful. I am so glad to have a great vendor that I can fully trust knowing that everything will be perfect based on her experience, knowledge and staff. I have planned lots of events in my career and I wish I would have found Heidi's awhile ago.

Heidi's Events and Catering took care of everything for my wedding in Sedona on June 4, 2016.  I selected a bed and breakfast as my wedding venue - it is a fantastic and beautiful location but I knew I needed a professional and experienced company to assist in the planning as the venue does not provide anything for the reception outside of the gorgeous setting.  They helped me from the very beginning, coordinating the tent rental, design ideas and menu planning.  When my wedding day came it was beyond perfect.

The food was outstanding (guests are still telling me how perfect it was!).  We chose several hors d'ouevres for cocktail hour and had a plated dinner - it was SO delicious!!! The filet was tender, shrimp was cooked perfectly, the vegetables were fresh and flavor on everything was great! We even had delicious mini milkshakes passed around with cake, which was such a hit!!

The service was fantastic - I appreciated there being a server dedicated to taking care of my [new] husband and I - we never had to ask for anything - they were always one step ahead.  Our guests were well taken care of as well.  It was an unusually hot day up north and they brought extra water and were sure to pass that to guests as needed.  They even offered to pass chilled towels if anyone needed a quick refresher - so thoughtful!! 

The decor and flowers came together better than I had even imagined. It was simply beautiful!  

All in all on my wedding day, I did not have to think about anything outside of enjoying my new Husband and visiting with family and friends.  Without hesitation I will recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to anyone in need!

They did an excellent job , the food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and they left my kitchen immaculate.

I have to say that Heidi was great to work with, she was a straight shooter but not in a way that your wants/needs/concerns, etc., were not understood or  taken in consideration. She was wonderful with her suggestions, creative ways of putting place settings together (hmm could be her # of years in the industry) and offered ideas of keeping costs w/in our budget and/or lower! 
Staff arrived on time and were beyond professional, kind, accommodating and personable to work with.  I gave them a quick run through of the home and told them to use whatever they felt needed. They immediately took charge. I then began to get ready and when I came out, the whole house was completely decorated, set and ready for guests! 
They did an amazing job and it brought many tears to the eye for all in attendance. Kathleen lead the way with the set up, Jessie took charge with the cooking of the food, Chris did a great job at bar tending and Bailey was quick to assist with it all as well. The team went ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERY expectation we could have had!! They cleaned up so well, you would have never known a house full of people were there. 
This review should have taken place much sooner but it was not forgotten as the memory they provided to my family and friends is TREASURED FOREVER. (I feel it's better late than never and reviews like our experience are worth this acknowledgement.)  
Bottom-line is we are looking forward to working with Heidi's again in the future without any reservation!  There was absolutely,
no disappointment, only praise from everyone in attendance on how magnificently it was all set up, how personable the staff were and of course....how delicious all the food was! (Including the homemade bread done especially for my dad!)

Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company,  they were horrible. 
We had multiple issues the day of our wedding due to some unexpected weather and all of our guests and vendors pitched in to make it go as seamless as possible except Heidi's Catering. In addition,  Heidi's showed up late and  they parked their catering truck right in the backdrop of our ceremony location as guests were arriving. Their service to us and our guests of honor was poor,  and our guests waited 45 minutes to eat, some finally gave up. When addressing these issues and a few others Heidi replied by blaming anyone and everyone besides her company and telling us that we didn't pay her enough  to do certain things.   She took ZERO accountability.
After looking through other reviews on this site and a couple others it seems this is not a one time occurrence with them.  Stay Away!

Chef arrived on time to set up buffet line.  $1,200 for a lunch buffet that included 5 types of small sandwiches, salads, and soups and fed 100 people. The price included a chef, setup and tear down.  The food quality was far better than any other caterer I could find for the price.

The Kitchen Chef Charles seemed a bit Confused at what we expected of him as he stated that normally the food would be catered an brought in.  So set up for serving was a bit slow,  However,  Charles recovered nicely and did a good job preparing
serving and cleaning up.  I tipped both men and complimented both on their jobs.
My issue with this company is with their  Office        There was NO confirmation of service telephone calls made. in responce to my 4 calls request to their office
Charles, was NOT informed of his duties,  before arrival. and that placed additional STRESS on the Hostess.   (my wife,)
Thats BAD     
Finally, I think  The ser vice should have made a 15 min. stop at the house  review their service ......

Heidi's was great ... particularly the hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour.  The guacamole was prepared on the spot and the guests all went crazy for everything.  The food for the reception had gotten a little cold, but this was our fault because we couldn't herd all the guests into the reception hall quickly enough.  The servers and the captain were all extremely accomodating and professional.

“All was Good!”  The staff, Spencer (Manager), Dana (Chef), and Mike (Bartender)
looked good and performed good arriving 2 and half hours early for setup and consultation. The food looked good and tasted good. The setup and placement of the equipment looked good and worked good. The teardown and
cleanup was good. Our guests were impressed 
giving many high praises of the food, the service and the professionalism of
Spencer, Dana, and Mike.  Heidi, the owner,  planned the event and Brandi, the event manager, follow-up with a visit during the evening to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.
All was good: As close to Perfection as you can get.  Heidi's team truly
made the good times of our 42nd Anniversary and my wife's Birthday Party
 Celebration easy and memorable. I highly Recommend her if you want an easy, worry-free event where Heidi's Team does everything leaving you free to enjoy your special party and your special guests. Top-notch Food and Service!!  My cost of service includes a 15% gratuity.

I was very happy with the staff who came out, they were phenomenal.  My only suggestion is when confirming and finalizing ones order is to make sure what you pay for is what you get, and anything that is on that contract has been taken care of.

professional.  I would definitely use this company again as well a refer

It was FABULOUS!  The food made the event even more special, because everyone left with happy tummies!
