Fransisco came to look at my job in the aftermath of a drain pipe breaking in the wall of my kitchen causing the kitchen to be demolished, part of the walls and flooring in both laundry and dining rooms. He was very polite and seemed to be knowledgeable in plumbing, drywall, laying tile, and painting. I accepted his bid and once I saw the quality of his work it was very easy to keep adding on other projects like updating my electrical panel, changing all outlet, installing new cabinets and installing new appliances (wall oven in new cabinet, stove top after counter tops went in, dishwasher and microwave above the stove top. I am confident that he able to handle any job he agrees to do. I found him to be honest and trustworthy. I will be hiring him again when future jobs come up.

Unfortunately, I had found a so-called handyman that had started the job on my back facia and soffit, Prior to me finding Francisco. The handyman used the wrong materials for the job and did such a substandard job that Francisco had to remove all of the work he did, and even repair some of the mistakes he had made. And now my back facia and soffit look fantastic, Francisco also rebuilt my front porch which had clay tiles. That needed to be removed, and the majority of the wood had to be replaced on that as well and by the time he was done, it looks like a new front porch. A few months after I had him do that work I had him repair some other work that was insufficient and he needed to start over on that as well. Now the room looks like a real room and I am completely satisfied with Francisco‘s work, he does meticulous work and pays close attention to detail.
