They are excellent people. They are excellent people. They are very good people. We brought several vehicles to them and they always charge a very reasonable price, they give us a ton of feedback, and we found out they do not charge for things that we do not need. The kind of business you do not expect to get from an auto repair shop when you go by yourself as a woman. They do decent work. They do hybrids.

I haven't gone to him for last year as I bought a new car a year ago and I go to the dealership to get my car done right now. He is good and I have used him for good seven years. They did a good job and had my car cooled. I had that car for ten years and they took care of that car. They are very good and excellent mechanics. They do whatever they can and satisfy whatever issues I have and have always treated me good. The price was extremely reasonable. The only time they were over priced is when I was getting tires and they gave me a quote and I got discount on tires and I got four tires for what they quoted me for two. They are very good and I don't have to go back and have them do something over. I call one of them and tell them what I need and they have a box down there and I come down and leave the car in the parking lot and I put my key in the lock box and I get it in the morning or when the car is ready. They call me every time when something comes up if they are not aware of or if they have not seen and they call me and say they ran into this and it is going to be this much money and whether I want to do it or not.

They replaced tires, fixed problem with steering and an oil change. It was done as promised. They are very nice here - really great family shop. We have been going here for a while and trust them with our cars. They are really friendly to the kids too. The free coffee selection is really nice too and they have Cocoa for the kids which the kids drank even though it was the middle of summer!

Excellent service and work!
Excellent staff... Very Honest and Pleasant (yes the mechanics as well as the front desk people).
This car was pretty thrashed but Good Works Auto Repair took it in and showed all the work that needed to be done with all options. We were given an estimate of $5900 with the idea that the transmission was likely to cost additional.
I went to pick-up the car and found it slightly under what was estimated... They essentially had an open checkbook since we thought this could go quite a bit higher when we were talking about the possibility of a transmission replacement or a rebuild. This shop chose to open the case then replace the fluid... and it worked. For this alone, they are unique - they practice INTEGRITY. They had easy additional bucks if they wanted and they chose to do the right thing.
The car is like new, especially when you know that this car has over 150,000 miles on it. Actually, it now looks good and runs and handles well, too.
Oh - The work is guaranteed - 24 months and/or 24,000 miles. (That's a better warranty than probably came with this car when new)
It doesn't get better than this. I very highly recommend Good Works for any automotive repair.

We took my daughter's car to them because we didn't know what caused the care to stop running. They did a diagnostic test and determined what the problem was. They also feared there might be damage to the engine and if significant the car which is a 1997 wouldn't be worth repairing. They stated that if that were the case they would only charge a total of $130 for their efforts. The engine was not damaged and they did the work as agreed. The work was completed on time and at the cost they had originally estimated. They were friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who wants honest, professional car repair services.

Everything went fine. Work was done promptly and the owner was very accommodating about picking up the vehicle after hours.

Their prices aren't the lowest, but they do high quality work. They always do a courtesy vehicle check and recommend any services they think you need. What's nice is that they're honest about what you really need now vs. what can wait. My only complaint on this last service was that it was $260 to diagnose the stuck dipstick but they didn't tell me that beforehand. They did ask for approval to do the work first, so it's as much my fault that I didn't ask. I still would have approved it, but I would have appreciated them giving me an estimate up front.

They are excellent! Their estimates were fair even when I chose not to get the work done there, which I regretted. They recommended several things and I decided on only getting a portion of the work done. They were very thorough and are just awesome.

Good Works has certified, trained technicians. Good Works gave me a free inspection. Nathan then changed my oil, changed my transmission fluid, and rotated the tires. Nathan then gave me a check list and told me that my tires would need to be changed soon. He then recommended a good tire dealership. I can see why he has 40+ years of combined experience. I highly recommend him to fix your vehicle. Steven
