This was a remarkably bad experience. They required a deposit for 1/2 of the cost and told us it would be 5-7 working days. It ultimately has taken a month and required multiple phone calls. The customer service was nonexistent, and the woman answering the phone was rude and dismissive. We still don't have the window. It is supposedly getting installed in 2 days. Given this is the third scheduled appointment for installation, I'm not holding my breath
