They were troubleshooting for a bit until they found out exactly what was wrong with the computer. I think they did a good job fixing it for me. I think that their prices might have been a little high, but I am glad that they could fix it for me.

I was extremely happy with them. I had taken my computer to Comp USA and they wanted to charge me $400 dollars to see what was wrong, so I took it to Best Buy and they fixed it for free. They are good with customers. I even ended up buying a computer from them.

I had a great experience with Best Buy. They were wonderful. They were not pushy or salesy at all. They treated us really good. The one thing I will say is never to buy a Maytag. Since I have bought it, I have needed a $1,000 worth of repairs on it. Maytag appliances are horrible. As for Best Buy, I would go back there. They were great and I had no problems there at all.

I WANTED TO BUY EITHER A FLAT SCREEN OR PLASMA TV AND WAS NOT SURE WHAT THE ADVANTAGES/DISADVANTAGES WERE OF BUYING ONE VS. THE OTHER. I WENT TO BEST BUY IN THE MIDDLE OF A WEEK DAY AND IT TOOK A LONG TIME BEFORE ANYONE EVEN APPROACHED ME TO ASSIST ME. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED.

TOLD ME UNIT WOULD BE READY BY 3:00 PM ON THE MORNING I DROPPED OFF FOR SERVICE. I CAME THE NEXT AFTERNOON AROUND 1:00 PM AND IT STILL WAS NOT FINISHED. I FEEL THIS LIMITED THE THOROUGHNESS OF THEIR TUNE-UP REVIEW AND VIRUS REMOVAL. WHILE THE VIRUS AND INFECTED FILES WERE CLEANED OFF, I STILL HAD SOME ISSUES WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH.

I LOVE BEST BUY, BUT WOULD NEVER AGAIN HAVE A COMPUTER SERVICED BY THIS COMPANY. AFTER HAVING THE COMPUTER REPAIRED, IT NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY. I THEN PURCHASED ANOTHER COMPUTER INSTEAD OF PUTTING MORE MONEY IN THE COMPUTER SERVICED BY BEST BUY.

BEST BUY HAS A COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR BROWSING WHAT KIND OF CAR STEREO YOU WANT SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SALES REPRESENTATIVES UNTIL YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT OR WHAT YOUR CHOICES ARE. WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR A SALES REP YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE, THERE WAS ONLY ONE REP FOR THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING IT, BUT IT WAS NOT READY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE, WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF.

THE COMPUTER TECHNICIAN THERE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND INFORM YOU OF THE COST WITHOUT PRESSURE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER COMPUTER. I KNOW THAT MY SYSTEM IS OLDER. I RECEIVED MY COMPUTER BACK REALLY FAST, IT ONLY TOOK SEVERAL DAYS.
