Stereo and Home Theater System Service
I was quite surprised at the number of titles they had available at these rock bottom clearance prices. Rental stores were selling their previously viewed inventory for around double what Fry's was selling new discs for. Whether it's HD DVD at clearance prices, or new release blu-ray, Fry's prices can't be beat.

Sales rep was arrogant and rude. Sold me junk product and then requested that I upgraded to something that cost $200 more when I realized that my "refurbished" desktop needed a new keyboard, new mouse, and new MOTHERBOARD! Everything was returned and management was notified of the issue.

Camera Repair Service
CAMERA WAS DEFECTIVE; IT WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE. WHEN RETURNED TO FRY'S IT TOOK THEM OVER 3 MONTHS TO RETURN THE CAMERA. STAFF DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE CAMERA WAS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. IN ADDITION, SPEAKING TO A MANAGER WAS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE.
