I can not say enough wonderful things about the owner Justin and the woman (forgive me I can not remember her name) who came with him. I have a business that is open 7 days a week so scheduling floor cleaning is very difficult. They came at 6:00 PM on a Saturday night and worked until nearly midnight. They did a fantastic job! Everyone was complimenting on how great the office looked Monday morning. They also cleaned some of our cubical walls and they look practically brand new! Their professionalism paired with friendliness has made a loyal customer out of me and my business. THANK YOU ELITE!

Well - Justin just left.  I can't believe the difference!  We had 900 + sq ft of tile in a house we have just bought - I knew it was nasty but had no idea just how dirty it was. Justin washed, scrubbed, treated and dried the tile, and then sealed all the grout.  Then he cleaned up the bottom of the glass door - which I was planning to do tomorrow - and wiped down all the cabinet bottoms.  He is meticulous.  The floors look new and they are 10 years old.  He also cleaned two rooms of carpeting and 2 rooms with hardwood - they also look like new.  His customer service is great - he was not planning to seal the grout but he graciously added it on - and the extra time.  His price was more than reasonable.  He called to confirm today's appointment yesterday, and again this morning when he was on his way.  He told me the best way to maintain the great job he did - and went next door to give my neighbor a quote!  I will call him again, and gladly recommend him to anybody.

We had just purchased a used sectional sofa and though it looks good when we bought, once we got it in the right lighting it clearly had some issues with stains of all kinds. The previous owners had small children and it seems as though everything you can imagine was spilled on the sectional and it look like there was no hope.
We had to have it cleaned the same day we purchased it as we had a house cleaning crew the next day and we had to move it out of the kitchen.
We found Elite Floor and called them as they were in our town. Justin answered the phone and we got right to point and we asked if he could clean a couch that day or we would have to find someone else.
Justin told us that it is not a problem at all and we set an appointment for 7pm that night which worked best for us.
Justin arrived and was extremely friendly and personable. He had already quote a great price but with every new service company you hire you sometimes wonder about them. Justin got right to work and spent over an hour scrubbing, brushing, spraying and using his machine to the couch spotless.
He did an amazing job, faster and must less expensive than we had thought. We asked him about some ceramic tile work that we need to have done and he quoted great prices and we will surely use him over and over again.
I cannot say enough about how perfect the entire process went. We have used many service companies in the past, but Elite Floor and Furniture was one of the best with some of the lowest rates around.
