Eco Rehab

Unprofessional installers.  When sealing the ducts, they blocked the wrong duct line ( I have three systems) and blew the sealer throughout half of the house causing us to vacate the house coughing.  The house filled with the fog of the sealant.  Called office and they sent installers back to cleanup sealer that was on everything in the house with one dirty rag. I sent these men away.  Cleaning up took two people over three weeks, dusting, washing what could be washed in machine, shampooed carpet three times.  The dust was able to be cleaned with water but it would get sticky like glue so everything needed to be cleaned multiple times.  They did not block the correct air handlers and the sealant spewed all over the uncovered air handlers and attic. One installer laid down on my sidewalk to take a nap???  They left dirty fingerprints and smudges all over the duct registers. Left insulation debris on sidewalk and street. Scammed rebate from SRP. Need I say more? Do not use this company.

We were told that all of these improvements would help reduce dust in the house and lower our energy bills.  DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!  It has been six months and we have found no improvement.  As a matter of fact, crews had to come back twice after the initial install to fix what they didn't do right the first time.  On the second trip they put a screw through an electrical wire that required us to bring in an electrician.  Eco-Rehab did reimburse us for this however, more time had to be spent on their errors.
To put in wall installation they had to drill holes in our block walls.  The salesman said that they would drill into the grout (not the brick) and refill the holes.  The installers showed us that the holes had to be in the brick because the required hole size is bigger than the grout gap.  They said they would color match the brick.  The color match was lousy and it looks terrible.  I'd have them fix it but I don't want them on my property again.  Theyv'e wasted enough of my time.

These people blow in a sealer.  They were good.  I have lung problems and this will help me greatly.
