Exterior Painting
Dye Painting was the second estimate I acquired. Price was slightly higher than the other company, but in Kevin Dye's presentation I developed confidence that he would do a quality job and he did. There were some glitches in schedule along the way, and they did our job with a two person crew (when I was told they usually work with 3-4 guys). So it took longer, but the job is top quality. Much better than the painter I used 10 years ago. They were neat, meticulous and did whatever it took to get a quality job done.

Exterior Painting, Wrought Iron Service
Kevin and his team did a great job and we are very pleased. He worked with the HOA and paint suppliers to make sure we were in compliance with the home and common area colors. He did extensive prep work to make sure home and fence were ready for painting, for the fence alone this was a whole day job by two people sanding down the rusty sections. Paint coverage was complete with no missing areas. Kevin inspected the finished job with us to make sure we were satisfied.
