DRAINPRO PLUMBERS

Company arrived as scheduled.  Plumber located leak and repaired it by rerouting plumbing connection.  The company removed water damaged drywall and flooring.  On completion the I paid the plumber by credit card.  The plumber assured me the company would provide me with an itemized invoice and would work with my insurance adjuster.  For the next 2 weeks I tried to speak with the company about an invoice.  The company did not return my calls.  During this time my insurance adjuster also tried to speak with the company with the same result.  On 9/24/2014 I went in person to the company office.  A receptionist  said noone was there but took a message.  I received a call from a company principal.  He sent me a vague discussion of the charges.  It was not an itemized invoice or detailed listing of charges.  Over the next several months my insurance adjuster attempted to gain information from the company to no avail.  Finally on 11/26/2014 the company informed my insurance adjuster they had no records to support the charges and would do nothing to provide a detailed invoice or explanation of the charges.  I believe that the company substantially overcharged me for the services rendered.  I advise any reader of this review to not do business with DrainPro Plumbers, Schuelke Plumbing or TheTwinPlumbers.com.

they found crack in pipe under toilet and I was told that was causing back up
they drilled out floor and replaced it
they dried the area for more than a week
a small water pipe was leaking so it needed more dirying
I waited for results of insurance claim
I wasn't kept informed regarding progress or plans
over a month passed before the toilet and floor was replaced
I felt like I got the bums rush
not sure all that repair an work was necessary
after the pipe was replaced the bathroom sinks still backed up
so they came back out to ream it out
toilet still "chokes" when it flushes... but it flushes
 

Under no circumstances should anyone let this company do any work without a full and complete, broken down, estimate of all of the costs involved prior to having the work started.
We were not told we were buying a 6 year "service" warranty, ( the water heater comes with a manufacturers 6 year warranty )
We were not told we were paying a $ 200.00 " Administration Fee " ( whatever that is ) to cover their business costs for advertising, promotion etc.
We were told we were getting a state of the art , super high efficiency product. ( We received a standard 50 gallon heater available at any retailer for $ 425.00 )
After some discussion, and complaining, and a small refund off the original bill to date we are still into this water heater replacement for $ 1149.00
Original request for service was made to Premier Water Heaters, Drainpro was sent to do the work and invoicing and complaints have been processed by Schuelke Plumbing

Our old hot water heater was leaking and we needed it replaced quickly. They came and examined it, and returned with the correct materials and installed the new, removed the old.

Very pleased.

When he came in he was very polite, clean cut and professional. He fixed the problem in a timely manner with a great price. I would definitely recommend DrainPro to everyone.
