Front wheel was stolen from my daughter's bicycle. I called ahead and they talked me through options of replacement wheels as well as security measures to prevent a repeat. When my daughter walked into the store, they greeted her and determined she was the one I had called in about. They helped her take the bike off the car rack and installed a new wheel and keyed front hub. They got the bike back on the rack for her and gave her the college discount. She had a great personal experience (not that having a a wheel stolen is ever fun) and I had a fantastic phone experience.
