Communication was a bit lacking - I had to try several times to actually get to talk with someone to schedule the full house cleaning I purchased through an Angie's List special.
But they arrived on time and were very thorough and professional. They were especially attentive to the areas I pointed out when they arrived. They even washed the floor as they left the house, so every spot was clean. I am very happy with the work they did and would hire them again without hesitation.

Terri and 2 others cleaned my house 3 times ,Did an awesome job, great price and very through .
UNTIL Terri cleaned the grates on my stove the chemical took the finish off my sink . I had to replace the SINK ,sooooo the drains and the faucet also had to be replaced ... Terri put it through her Insurance ..... The research for a new sink ect. took months to get the new sink installed ..... 11/25/15 The insurance would not cover the cost of the faucet . I called 2X's to talk to Terri ....I am still waiting for a call back.
I talked to Tracy . Today is 2/9/2016 , I'm very disappointed that NO follow through on how every thing turned out
for me from the OWNER of a business,

There were three of them, and they toured the house, discussed the plan and then got to work. They worked for about 3 hours, and were very thorough. The gentleman that did the floors in my living room neglected to tell me that he damaged the wall with the handle of his floor cleaner, but that was the ONLY disappointment.

They did a very thorough cleaning job. I paid $5 per window to have them cleaned and the ones they could reach, did the outside of them and looked very nice. The only thing they forgot (and I didn't notice until later) is to dust my blinds, probably because they were up when they cleaned the windows, so I can see the oversight. Otherwise, I was very happy with work Terri and her team provided!

I was very pleased with the service! The team of three cleaners came in and got right to work without delay. They were quite thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning our home. They literally wet mopped themselves out the door. They were pleasant and worked quite hard! I think they did a terrific job -- my wife was pleased as well! We had a coupon for the initial cleaning, hence the cost noted, but I look forward to having them return to work for us again!

It went very well, they came in with a crew of 4 girls & went to work right away & didn't stop for 2 hours! They did a great job, & we were very satisfied, they are coming back for monthly cleanings

Called them to clean my rental property (two story house)--they cleaned every room perfectly--including the inside of the fridge. I stupidly forgot to tell them I'd set the water heater on "vacation," so there was little hot water. So they microwaved their own! KInd of impressive!! They came on time, did all the work they said they would thoroughly, and were very responsive and professional.

My home and office are cleaned on time and it is rare that I have any issues. In the office envioronment we deal with confidential documents which the DM cleaning people insure are disposed of in the appropriate shredding bins, I have had other vendors who did not follow these instructions on more than one occasion and threw sensative material in the general waste area. This was caught on each occasion but could have been a potential liability for my firm. In my home they are helpful with my pets and even have assisted me with contractors who were scheduled to arrive when I could be home. They are trustworthy, reliable and the quality of work is excellent. My [pricing is a little higher I believe than a standard cleaning but as I said they provide services such as laundry, grocery shopping and dry cleaning pick up as well.
