Satellite TV Equipment Service
ONE OF OUR RESPONDERS IS NOT RESPONDING. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD WE CAN PAY $6.00 MORE EACH MONTH AS A WARRANTY AND THEY WILL REPLACE THE BROKEN RESPONDER. THE WARRANTY WASN'T AVAILABLE WHEN WE PURCHASED THEIR SERVICES, BUT WAS APPLIED AT SOME UNKNOWN POINT AND RAN OUT IN MARCH. IF WE DO NOT WANT TO PAY THIS EXTRA MONTHLY FEE, WE MUST SPEND $60 OR MORE TO REPLACE IT, AND IT WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. NOTHING LIKE CHANGING COURSES IN MID-STREAM WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER.
