 + -1 moreRecently, they "saved" my work laptop (and of course, I hadn't backed up in ages) from succumbing to the Blue Screen of Death. Previously, they re-configured the operating system on a computer that I purchased as a favor to a friend who deleted "almost everything" off the computer in response to my repossessing it for non-payment. They are always fair with their fees, and even more important have a SENSE OF URGENCY and quick turnaround time.
Description of Work: I have used this company for 3 of my computers, and recently purchased a gently used replacement laptop for one that was stolen in a house robbery.
