Delivery Service
Cabinets were delivered a few days earlier than I expected. Actual delivery took about a half hour (lots of boxes), and the delivery staff was courteous. My only complaint is that Diamondback Delivery requires a window of 3-4 hours during which they can arrive for an appointment, and they're unable to guarantee that the driver can call when they're on the way. In the age of cell phones, I'd think this would be easy, and it keeps people from having to sit around the house (or in my case an investment property) for half the day.

DID NOT LEAVE FILE CABINETS WHERE DIRECTED; DUMPED THEM IN THE CENTER OF THE GARAGE. WOULD NOT COME BACK TO MOVE THEM. WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS.
