DIAMONDBACK AIR INC

I hired Diamondback as they were one of the providers listed by my relator.  They agreed to come out and inspect the air handler unit as my home inspector had noted a large amount of corrosion on the unit, and advised to get a licensed professional to take a look at it.  I spoke with Jamie, who advised they could be out within a few days, at a discounted rate of $39.99. and that they would provide a written report of their findings.  The day of the inspection, the service professional advised that he would have to show up late, which I advised him I would be fine with and he arrived at the newly determined time.  
Upon completion of his inspection he advised that the unit would need to be replaced, which I expected to have happen.  However, when I began asking questions as to other maintenance solutions he became dismissive, and more preoccupied with the people around him.  He said that he would have a report with the cost estimates as well as the bill of service emailed to me within a few minutes.  It took two days and a few phone calls to get the invoice.  As for the written report of repair, the thing I really needed to hand to the seller to show what work needed to be done, and something that they had agreed would be provided, i have yet to receive.  Multiple phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.  With that said, I am still waiting for them to complete the agreed upon terms.  
They clearly do not wish to have any more business, and I for one am happy to fulfill that desire, by not using them myself and by advising friends, family, and co-workers not use them for their AC needs. I would advise anyone else who reads this to respect it as well, and look else where for more professional service.

Everything went fine except for the billing. When they gave me the bill it had a flat charge. They didn't describe how much was labor and how much the parts were. They could not seperate the cost of labor and parts.

Well, they came out and basically tried to charge me a $1000.00 to fix the A/C unit. They tried to update the ducting, and charge me extra for the grill. The motor to the unit was running, but it didn't during their visit. After paying them $400.00 to get off my roof I never spoke to them again. I'm a little hesitant to use the list again at this time.

Kevin was great! He followed up promptly, arrived at my house when he said he would and provided me a very detailed estimate. I chose Diamonback Air for the price and customer service. The unit was installed and the warranties were explained. All the paperwork was provided. Kevin even called me that night to make sure the unit was cooling down the house and working fine. He asked me if I had any questions, if I understood how to use the new thermostat and just made sure I was happy with their service.

Took a littler longer than expected because they had to reseal leaks in my existing ductwork so it was well worth it. Was not in original scope of work, but did not charge extra.

John and his team were excellent. John answered all my questions (and I asked a lot), even providing call backs on weekends and evenings. He provided an honest, detailed quote that was spot-on. His installation team was friendly, arrived on time and was efficient. I would highly recommend this company.
