I delivered the computer on 10/24. They ran it through diagnostic programs. True to form - it shut it down "in the process". I was called by Brian who advised several options to fix this box. Ultimately what it took was a new power supply, a new case (because of loose hard drives from the first build), and new cooling fans (because the radiator/liquid cooling was not factory and was leaking). On 10/30 we picked it up and brought it back.
We were shown the parts which were removed and asked if we wanted them. we declined and let the recycle it. There have been no further issues with the computer since it was finished. We will always go to Desert Computer Solutions in the future for our computer needs and will not even consider any other sources.
