Home Inspection
Several significant items missed- when brought to their attention, they said they would reply in a few days. Hearing nothing a week later, I followed up and the response I got was not satisfactory. After a few emails, the owner finally called to straighten things out, and came over to see the subjects of complaint. He offered to "make things right", and we agreed on a solution to be carried out.. Subsequently discovered roof air conditioner was being supplied by only 30amp line, and it needed 60amp. Fuses at unit were also insufficient, circuit breaker only 50amp. Needed to pay over $600 out of pocket, something I could have tried to deal with purchasing the home.
