Seemed to be in a hurry. I had to leave before the job was completed but I returned in 10-15 minutes and the technician had already left. This was the first service. When I look things over he did not do the items mentioned from the representative that came the day before. I called the rep and he said he would send the guy back out. He was really pressed for time and that's why it wasn't done completely. The tech was to call me and reschedule - didn't happen. I called the office and complained and said I wanted to cancel the service. I was then informed I was in a year contract! NOT what the rep had told me when I signed up. He said there wasn't a contract and I could cancel when I wanted to. Now I'm told to cancel it would be $300. The office said they would talk to the rep and call me back - didn't happen either. I just got off the phone again - told this story all over again! Informed of the $300 early termination fee, but then was told I could cancel for $70. Patrick, who I talked to was going to talk to the rep and call me back and let me know what he comes up with. I have had it! What a terrible way to do business! I just want to be done with this company! With no more money from my pocket or time consuming phone calls that get me nowhere!
