Property Management
Terribly! I have had them manage my property for almost a year now and are not renewing our contract. Sherman and Euphemia (i.e. owners of Crest Premier Properties) talk a big talk("we will take care of your property") but they will NOT walk the walk. They are careless property managers and once the contract is signed will never call you back unless they are running low on funds in their repair company in which case they will break things in your house and call for money. They have faulty accounting. I have gotten $45 less per month since signing up with them. They take out out the money somewhere and if you crunch the numbers in a calculator, it NEVER adds up. Unless you want to be distressed, do not sign up with them. Also I think all the other reviews on the internet must not be from actual clients and appear to be written by Sherman and Euphemia-- that's how I got fooled.
