GOOD RESPONSIVENESS, BUT WE WERE DISAPPOINTED THAT WE'VE HAD TO CALL FOR SERVICE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ON THEIR PRODUCT, EXPECTED ONE OF THE SERVICE CALLS TO BE FREE.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS, THEY INSTALLED THE AUTOMATIC COVER SOME 20 YEARS AGO. THEY ALWAYS PROVIDE SERVICE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS AS NEEDED.
