We shop there and at other locations regularly and have never been disappointed.

They were very expensive so I didn’t use them.  The woman came over and measured everything then gave me an estimate.  It was $38 a square foot plus taxes, but I was able to get a local person to do it for $20 a square foot.  She was very considerate and pleasant, and she sent a written follow-up with the prices.

If we'd decided to do the job, we would likely have gone with Costco Home. They are straightforward and Costco does a good job of guaranteeing its products.

There was what I consider an unnecessary delay -- see above. The drapes finally came yesterday. We're very pleased! See photos below.

My experience with them so far has been good. We got an appointment within a timely manner, a few days. They were thorough and responsive. Based on my experience so far I would use them again.

I requested an in-home estimate through Costco's website. I also called two other vendors as well; another major chain and a local vendor. Costco was the final vendor to come to my house. By the time Costco came I already selected what I wanted so the "designer" didn't design or even sell just quote price. Except for the wovens, all quoted Hunter Douglas blinds so it was apples to apples comparison. I didn't really bond with the designer she was somewhat unprofessional especially her derogatory remarks about the other vendors. In addition the quote she gave me was a lump sum scribbled on a form although she does the quote in front of you unlike the other vendors. I had to ask several times to get a detailed quote so I could do the comparison. I also caught a mistake on the quote but the final measure would have caught that too. Costco was the least expensive by far so I had to select them. Also I shop with Costco a lot and I know I will receive good customer satisfaction. After ordering, final measurements were taken by a different team. The blinds are made in Renton and I received them in a few weeks. The installer was pleasant and did a great job. I really love the blinds. Hunter Douglas makes excellent quality product.

Overall, it was a good experience. An interior designer came to the house and measured the window and showed us the different options. It took about 6 weeks for the shutters to arrive but that is because they were coming from the factory. They then came and installed the shutter and promptly cleaned everything up.
