I WAS ASTONISHED AT THE FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. VERY COURTEOUS, MADE SURE WE COULD USE 1 KEY FOR ALL LOCKS. OFFERED US MANY KEYS TO HAVE ON HAND IF WE SO CHOSE. BARRY WAS VERY ASTUTE IN GREETING OUR DOG AND 3 1/2 YEAR OLD TWINS. HE INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND GREETED ME AT THE DOOR PRESENTING HIS CARD. HE MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE HIM SECURE OUR HOME.
