Cleaned my carpets.

Excellent. We even had a couple of what looked like bleach stains by the back sliding door. He used a tool to cut them out and cut out matching pieces in the back of a closet and swapped them. The repaired spots are invisible and the bleached stains are under a shelf in the back of a closet. He then proceeded to clean the carpets in the entire house. He pre-treated soiled areas. When he was finished, the carpet looked practically new and there were no stains anywhere. From using him in the past, he tells you upfront which stains are probably not removable, but does his best to pre-treat and minimize.
He is very personable, hard working and always on time. He does what he says he is going to do. He will be our only carpet cleaning service in the future as his prices are fair, and he does an excellent job and he takes pride in his work. We will be using him again at the end of the month for one or our rentals.

Darrell Clayton did an excellent job. We had pet stains in one of our bedrooms plus a sectional couch that needed cleaning. He thoroughly pretreated the stains in the bedroom, raked it out with a carpet rake and let it soak in for a while. He then pretreated our sectional. Darrell then proceeded to clean the bedroom with his Rotovac Powerwand which scrubs the carpet strands on all sides. He spent a long period of time slowly going back and forth over the carpet to make sure it was as clean as possible. He then cleaned our sectional couch thoroughly with his upholstery attachment. He spent a great deal of time on this also to ensure it was as clean as he could get it. Darrell spent more time cleaning the bedroom carpet and sectional then other cleaners have spent on our entire house. The results of his hard work are obvious. Darrell was friendly, polite, and respectful. I will hire him again the next time I need carpet cleaning.
