 + -1 moreThey under appraised my home by at least $50,000 dollars. This caused them to believe that the LTV was not sufficient. A total joke of an operation. We have a great credit score, income and resources. A total waste of time for me, I suggest everyone to stay away.
Description of Work: They refused my heloc as a result of a drive by appraisal I assume. They probably never checked the comps in my neighborhood.
