 + -1 moreI called and talked with Dave and asked him about his policy. I briefly told him my experience with property management companies and how information had been falsified and contracts breached on the side of the property management. He allowed me to be informed whenever there was going to be an agreed upon amount (both of us agreed), they would be my statutory agent, I wouldn't have to hire an attorney, they would visit my property each week, and be active. I liked what I read in their contract, the people I talked with, and the experience I have had with them this far. I do not anticipate any problems in the future because of their ethical business practices in place.
Description of Work: This was the first property management company after having two others that have been professional, fair, and solid. Their contract was agreeable and negotiable on when I wanted to called for repairs. They collect the rent and send me the check each month and there have been no surprise unreasonable expenses. They follow their contract, which was not the case with the other two. I find this company an ethical one and trustworthy.

 + -1 moreThe lease on the property expired and they never notified me that the tenant had decided not to renew the lease. It has been nearly 2 months and they aren't notifying us of anything and they are not returning phone calls or emails.
Description of Work: I hired them to manage a rental property for me in Tempe.
