Calsaway Phoenix West, LLC

I learned about Calsaway Phoenix West from SRP's water conservation website.
The water in my pool had become so saturated with calcium and other minerals that it had become virtually impossible to maintain the ph levels and my salt cell kept clogging and shutting down.  I was going to have to spend several days pumping out my pool, cleaning all the tiles, refilling the pool and readjusting the water chemistry.  I estimated the total cost was going to be around $400 plus several days of my time.  Worst yet the Mesa city water I would put back in would still be so hard that I'd have only made a marginal difference.  I called Calsaway for a quote and I was shocked at first by the price, but after I thought about it some more I decided to give it a try.  Wow! am I glad.  The Calsaway process was so easy, I'll never drain and refill a pool again.
I called Calsaway and Reg Overholser returned my call later the same day.  He scheduled me for the following week.  Calsaway arrived at my house around 4pm and set up his trailer mounted machine.  He dropped a 2" suction in the deep end of the pool and set up a 1-1/2" return hose at the opposite end.  He set up a portable water leveling device using my garden hose and dropped a small waste water hose into the sewer clean out in the front yard.
His machine is large reverse osmosis filtration system that is powered by a small diesel generator mounted in the trailer.  He started the filter up and set it to run continuously for 24 hours.    He informed me that the unit would call his cell phone if there were any problems and when the process had finished.  
Reg returned the following day about the same time and picked up his equipment.  He tested the water chemistry to verify the success of the filtration process and reset all my water chemistry.
The only thing I had to do was open and close the gate for him and write the check.  Easy Pleasey Lemon Squeezey!
As for the results....  It's been 2 months and I haven't had to adjust my water chemistry at all and I was able to throttle back my salt chlorinator from 100% to 20%.  After about 2 weeks I noticed the calcium ring around my tile had dissapeared.
I will definitely be using Calsaway Phoenix West again.
