I started the quote by uploading a picture of a scratch on the bumper on their web site. Then I stopped by the office on the same day. Crystal was very pleasant to work with, shared details of fix plan and emailed me a detailed quote afterwards. We followed through with scheduling and vehicle drop-off. At pick up, the fixed and painted bumper looks smooth and brand new! To make it even better, at the time of pick up, I was told that BumperDoc offers lifetime warranty for their paint job!

Price was fair and comparable to competition. They did a good job, no complaints.

Services included an interior and exterior detail, plus paint restoration. The level of quality and customer service is exceptional. The owner, Brian, truly takes pride in customer satisfaction. I will be returning to them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and friendly business to care for their car as if it were their own.

We ended up utilizing somebody that isn't on Angie's List, this is the first time I utilized somebody not on Angie's List but should be on Angie's List because they just opened up a place? about six blocks away. They are wonderful and it is called BumperDoc and they deal with everything from dents, car repair,? dent repairs to bumper repairs to minor collusion to upholstery to fixing sun roof. The cost with all the parts was very? cheap about 1000 dollars. I like that they have total engagement with the customer experience, total engagement in the? customer experience. They are so engaged and so interned with their customer that they will do anything to make it right. The? work they did turned out beautiful. Responsiveness is another thing that stood out. We are going to use this provider again? in the future.
