The tech who came to service our GE Monogram oven was wonderful. Jesus Duran went above and beyond in his efforts to diagnose and remedy our problem. Not only that, but he was communicative, pleasant and friendly. He even offered to help me with another unrelated problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Beyers Appliance and especially Jesus Duran.

They were sent out from my home warranty to repair a fridge that 2 other companies were too oblivious to repair. He replaced the compressor and everything seemed to work fine for a while. A little over a month later it stopped again, not cooling at all. I called them and the incredible rude lady who answers the phone said i needed to put in another warranty call(and pay the fee) just to get them to come check out what they obviously didn't do right (the tech said everything was good on it and it will run another 20 years). They tell you theres a warrany, but you still have to pay again to come out and check why work they already did is bad. A bit of time later i decided to go ahead and call for another warranty repair. They sent Sears out, who said they won't even touch it because whoever replaced the compressor rerouted all the necessary metal tubing to rig it in some way, which is why the coolant leaked out and stopped working after a month. Beyer was the only one to ever repair it since it's purchase. And more no one through warranty will touch it to repair due to liability. Thanks Beyer, and for the hundreds of dollars i had to pay for you to leave me a useless nice stainless fridge that noone will touch unless i dish out of pocket more than it's worth. There is also other reviews on google where they did the exact same thing to other peoples fridge, rerouted, used old parts, etc. Now their fridges cant even be repaired to operable.

What should have been a simple warranty repair turned into an absolute fiasco all in part to the Beyer Appliance Service technician. In short, the internal plastic bracket of the handle broke and caused the outter shell of the door to hang off the rest of the unit. I then removed the door properly for safety reasons, plus who wants their microwave door just hanging there? The technician did not ask a single question about anything, did not take any pictures, and was extremely vague on the report to my warranty provider. Ultimately, the technician insinuated abuse which lead to a denied claim. This is insulting and unethical for a company to allow this. This repair was well within the definition of my warranty coverage. Beyer's Appliance Service lied which is a complete break of trust and highly unethical. I'm actually curious over the legality of all of this. At the same time why waste any more time over a microwave? Biggest Takeaway: When it comes to properly and truthfully documenting warranty claims they rank among the worst. Beyer Appliance Service's warranty documentation process is an utter joke and allows for improperly trained technicians to label misleading and false information to warranty providers. Beyer came to us because of a claim we had filed with a home warranty company for repair of our dishwasher. On one of their visits to perform the repair in mid January, the technician needed to pull the appliance out from under the counter. Afterwards he put it back under the counter and told us we would be contacted about the next steps. On January 18, 2019 (a few days after they were here) we discovered water and garbage under our sink. While trying to figure out the leak, we noticed that the drain hose from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal had apparently been cut (presumably so the Beyer tech would be able to get the dishwasher out from under the counter). The hose was clamped to the dishwasher, but he did not undo the clamp (see picture). In my view, the hose was cut instead of being unhooked from the disposal, and the tech said nothing to us about it. When I phoned them (Beyer) on 1/18 (around 1:00pm on Friday), they seemed unconcerned and told me the soonest they could come out was Monday. I am not recommending this company and would not use again

My washing machine wasn’t draining clothes thoroughly and would stop spinning mid-cycle though you could hear the motor working. I contacted my home warranty company who sent out a technician from Beyer. They first came on December 21st. Technician said he couldn’t really find a problem with the motor but he cleared out the drain. The very next load was still overly wet when it stopped but at least it didn’t freeze in the spin cycle. However, on December 28th it stopped working all-together, wouldn’t even fill with water. I called to have them fix it again and they couldn’t even come out to look at it for 5 days after my call. When he did come out on January 3rd he said he couldn’t fix it without taking it into the shop but they would probably be able to pick it up the next day. When I called the office, she said they wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Monday (Jan 8th)and it would be 3-5 business days after they pick it up for it to be finished. Well.... I called on the 12th to check the progress and they are waiting for a part. She said it will PROBABLY be back next week. When I told her that both the office when they scheduled the pick up AND the technician said 3-5 business days, her response was “well that’s only if the part we needed was local, yours isn’t”. In none of my other communications with this company was that EVER specified or I would have just skipped the warranty company and had another repair shop fix it or even just purchased a new one. If it was my company and I knew a customer had been without a washing machine for 2+weeks, I would have paid to have that part expedited and the repair done in the time frame that was quoted to the customer. From looking at other reviews on this page, this isn’t a one-time occurrence. Wish I would’ve checked reviews BEFORE I let this company touch my washing machine!

they are are currently holding icemaker hostage, FNHW has a complaint in file and has requested a report as to why they missed their appointment and didn't reinstall my icemaker

The technician himself was great, punctual, and professional.  The work could not be performed that same day but we scheduled for another day and the service was done when they said it would be.  The price was fair.  The problem that I have is with how long it took for them to get me a receipt for my payment.  You have to go through the office staff for the billing part of things and they are terrible with their punctuality and responsiveness.  I paid cash on the first day to the tech for them coming out and then provided a card number the following week for the remaining balance.  I did not receive a receipt for the cash payment via email as I was told, and it not only took them a week to charge my card, but two weeks later I still do not have an updated receipt for my landlord.  They are either short staffed in the office or who ever runs their office needs to learn how to delegate.

Our home warranty company sent out Beyer Appliance to see if they could fix our washing machine. They were very professional and very polite. I was very impressed with them. They came to my house when they said they were going to. They took my washing machine away and was careful when they took it away. They gave it a try. They had my washing machine for about 5 days and told me that they did research. They found out what the bad parts were and that the part wasn't available anymore. They suggested a new washing machine and would refer me to their purchasing department. Everything was handled very well and professionally. They stayed in contact with me.

The service man could have replaced an expensive part, but he bypassed an unnecessary feature resulting in a repaired machine without installing a new part. We paid for only the service call.

I was referred to Beyer Appliance by my home warranty company because I had discovered standing water in my dishwasher. The technician (RJ) arrived promptly, called ahead to tell me whn he'd be arriving, and was courteous and professional the entire time. He even noticed that one of the anchors in the front of the unit was not properly screwed into the bottom of the counter so he fixed that as well. I'd definitely use them again even after my warranty expires.

Contacted them through our warranty company. They were very responsive and called to maker appt and even called to let us know they were on their way. It took 3 visits to repair. First visit to diagnose problem, second time they had the wrong part, but on the third visit, it was fixed and the repairman was excellent, even washing the dirty grill on the outside of oven for me! I highly recommend this company for your appliance repair.

"Some facts: Work order was received after business hours on Friday. No appointment was ever scheduled for Saturday. (were closed) Appointment was set Monday am for same day service. We were the 5th service provider sent by the home warranty company to diagnose this “INTERMITTENT” problem. ALL visits by us and, the 4 OTHER PROVIDERS, found no problems with this unit. (similar comments were made about the other service providers as well)"

They were sent through AHS, my home maintenance company because my dishwasher stopped working. The repairman came, said it was the heather and thermostat. I waited another week or so for the part. The same repairman came and installed the parts. He touched a few buttons and said everything was working. The next week when I went to go use the dishwasher for the first time since the repair, the same problem appeared. I called the company again and reported the issue - had to wait for someone else to come a few days later. This repairman said that it was not the heater or thermostat, but that a new control panel had to be ordered and he apologized for the other repairman missing it the first time around. He said it would take another 3 days for the control panel to come in. After waiting 5 days, when I called to inquire about the part, I was told it was on order and they're and quot;not perfectand quot; and he wouldn't expedite the part order because I didn't pay for that, even though it was their mistake. I immediately called AHS and when they contacted Beyer (while I was on hold), miraculously the part had appeared. A day later, a repairman showed up at my door who, when he saw my dogs, immediately started screaming, and quot;Get the dogs away from meand quot; and shoved what looked like a laptop into one of my dog's face. As I am in a cast recuperating from surgery with an ice pack on my hand, I told him to wait a minute so that I could take care of the dogs. He told me that the dog was going after him and I said to stop shoving his object into the dog's face. Then, he said, and quot;You're a nasty b**** - I'm not staying here.and quot; and turned and left.

Another company is now servicing my dishwasher. I will NEVER use this company again.
