DURING THE INITIAL PHASES, WE WERE PLEASED AND EXCITED. IT WAS ONLY AFTER THE HOME WAS SUPPOSEDLY COMPLETE THAT WE WERE DISAPPOINTED, ESPECIALLY WHEN TRYING TO DEAL WITH THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT. WE FOUND MANY THINGS WRONG WITH OUR HOME AND THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT WAS DIFFICULT, AND SOMETIMES IMPOSSIBLE, TO DEAL WITH.

THE HOME BUILDING PROCESS, WHICH CAN SOMETIMES BE TEDIOUS, WAS VERY PLEASANT WITH THIS COMPANY. THINGS WERE DONE PROMPTLY ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE. THEY HAD MANY CHOICES AVAILABLE AT THE DESIGN CENTER TO CUSTOMIZE OUR HOME.

BEAZER HOMES HAS VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES AND WE FEEL WE GOT A GREAT DEAL COMPARED TO SOME OF THE OTHER HOMES IN THE AREA. FOR THE SQUARE FOOTAGE WE RECEIVED, WE GOT A GREAT VALUE. THEY BUILT THE HOME IN A TIMELY MANNER AND RESPONDED TO OUR CONCERNS IN A TIMELY FASHION.
