BAKER BROS FLOORING

We purchased three rooms of carpeting from Baker Brothers, to be installed in our newly purchased home. the week of May 17, 2010. One room was fine, but two were unacceptable. Seams showed, color didin't seem to match. A representative from Baker Bros came to inspect the carpet, took photos to send to the manufacturer. A long process followed. I had wanted the carpeting to be complete before we moved in but that became impossible. There were many phone calls between me and Baker Brothers. More carpet had to be ordered from the manufacturer. The carpet will finally be installed this week...approximately 7 weeks after the time the job should have originally be completed. Our garage if filled with things that i could not put away because they would just have to be moved out again. I would not recommend Baker Bros. to anyone and I will never use them again.

We went in to buy carpet for 3 rooms in our house. The representative was quite helpful, even pointing out what was on sale and answering our million and one questions. He took our measurements for a rough estimate, sent out pros to measure, and install all within 2 weeks from the first trip into the store. The installers were courteous, professional, and very fast. 2 years later, the carpet still looks almost brand new, even though we rented the house to slobs for a year. I also highly recommend their carpet cleaning staff, who made my carpets look new again when we moved back to find our carpets stained in many places.

The job was done perfectly and to the detail. They used very good and quality material and the workers were very skilled. The entire job was done in a good amount of time and everyday they were sure to show up on time.

GREAT QUALITY CARPET. DID A GOOD JOB WITH INSTALLATION. SALESMAN DISAPPEARED AFTER THE SALE; I HAD TO DO MY OWN FOLLOW-UP TO GET SOME MINOR ITEMS DONE.
