B1 Locksmith was amazing, great service and quick response. We needed our key FOBs to be updated because my Husband had a new FOB to replace the one that was broken. We realized later in day that my key FOB wasn't working. We called and Dave came out Sunday afternoon to take care of mine. Dave was professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. The door leading to the garage from inside my house could not be opened because the locking mechanism jammed inside the door and prevented the knob from operating properly. I called B1 Locksmith and Ben arranged service for me the very same morning at 8 am. His technician, Dave, wore a mask and was extremely efficient and courteous when he assessed the situation. I needed a new lock and hardware, as well. He picked out a perfect matching knob for my current hardware, not easy to do as it is rubbed bronze and requires a skilled eye to find the matching finish on the new, replacement hardware, but Dave came through with flying colors! Thanks to B1 Locksmiths, my door works like new and looks like new! I could not be more pleased. The cost was very reasonable, as well. B1 Locksmith will be my choice in the future if I am ever in need of any locksmith services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B1 for all of your locksmith needs!

We purchased a home and wanted all the locks rekeyed. We didn't have keys for each of the locks and we didn't have our mailbox key. Our service technician picked the locks that we did not have keys for, and rekeyed all the locks so that we had one key for the front door and another that worked with all the other outside doors (there was a different type lock on the front door so we weren't able to key it to match the others). He also picked the mailbox lock and replaced it for us. He worked fairly quickly and did a great job. I would hire them again.

I presented Ben with a crisis situation regarding a complete rekeying of my property. His response was, "We will take care of you." His generosity and understanding of my situation were a relief. Both Ben and Dave were professional, considerate and polite, but they also had a compassionate, personal quality that is lacking in many for-profit businesses. The job took much longer than anyone expected. Dave worked uncomplainingly in a hot, empty house- making trips to the hardware store, fielding unforeseen problems, and covering their costs without hesitation. He also brought us bottled water back from an errand, but would not accept my reimbursement. I don't usually write reviews, but B1 Locksmith has excellent customer service and professional integrity. I highly recommend them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
